     Mayor Briglio has been at it for over twenty years. Some believe that he
     and Cove City are one and the same. Though he lives for the city, the
     clothes on his back are 'paid for' by Lem Casal. Willing to cut a deal with
     the city's top mob boss, Mayor Briglio believes the South Alley Project
     will be a nice reward for his years of public service.
